iF Annual Year in Review
To showcase Innovation Factory's 2014 successes, I developed an online Year in Review booklet, featuring top clients and events from the year. This document was shared with partners and the entire innovation ecosystem.

Franchise Sales Collateral
As more franchisors enter the collision repair category, signing quality franchises is becoming increasingly competitive; as such, CARSTAR needed a compelling leave behind sell sheet to complement the sales presentations being given across the country.

CARSTAR Soaps It Up
CARSTAR’s Soaps It Up for Cystic Fibrosis car wash was developed to generate brand awareness for CARSTAR, as well as to give customers a reason to visit a collision store without having been in an accident. The program also sees all proceeds split between local community groups and Cystic Fibrosis Canada.

Unhappen My Accident App
The Unhappen My Accident app was developed with two key business drivers. First, the functionality of the app drives people to a CARSTAR location if they need collision repair. Secondly, it helps reinforce CARSTAR as a company that cares by donating to charity every time the app is downloaded, and giving customers a resource if they are ever in a collision.

CARSTAR Website Redevelopment
In 2011, CARSTAR needed a website redesign, better user functionality, and a content management system developed so that changes could be made to the site instantly.

CARSTAR Vision Store Manual
The CARSTAR brand needed an in-store brand refresh to help them differentiate in a fiercely competitive environment. The brand decided to work alongside internationally renowned and award-winning image consultants at Watt International to help take the brand image to the next level.

Franchise website templates
The need for Howard Johnson to develop a franchise website template was born from the inconsistency of the franchise websites across Canada. Partnering with a local web design company the design and standardized SEO website content was created.

Harlem Globetrotters Promotion
Howard Johnson partnered with the Harlem Globetrotters for their 2009/2010 season as an extension of the Best of Summer program.
